Please note the following important timings:
Funding of Accounts

All payments cleared and deposited into CMC Markets Clients Accounts before 5.00pm shall be allocated to your Marketmaker account on the same day. Any cleared funds deposited after 5.00pm shall be allocated on the next business day.

All payments cleared and deposited into CMC Markets Clients Accounts on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays shall be allocated to your Marketmaker account on the next business day.

Withdrawal of Funds

You will receive your funds normally within 2-4 business days upon receipt of your withdrawal request form subject to the mode of payment requested. Please ensure that the withdrawal request form is completed correctly to avoid a delay in processing time and your funds.

Important note:

Please ensure that any cheque or transfer to and from you is made from a bank account in your name and not from another party.
