It is compulsory that you quote your CMC Markets Next Generation Account Number for added security. Funds will not be allocated without your account number.
MEPS
MEPS Payment (MAS Electronic Payment System) is a Singapore Dollar (SGD) inter-bank payment and settlement system, which allows instantaneous and irrevocable transfer of funds and securities. It is the fastest way of remitting SGD funds in Singapore (same day clearance).
Transaction costs:
- Local funds transfer via MEPS : S$20
- Telegraphic Transfers made through other banks via MEPS are S$20 (in addition to any charges by the other bank)
- CMC Markets will waive the transaction costs for the initial funding of your trading account only

Withdrawal Request and Charges
You can withdraw funds from your account online by clicking on the Payments icon on the CMC Markets Next Generation trading platform and then selecting the Withdrawals tab. Please note that if you select the Express option, a SGD20 withdrawal charge will be deducted from the amount that will be transferred into your bank account. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Team for assistance on 1800 559 6000 (local) or +65 6559 6000 (international).
Please note that for your protection, we may request additional information and/or proof of identity before processing the withdrawal request.
Please note the following important timings:
Funding of Accounts
All payments cleared and deposited into CMC Markets Clients Accounts before 5.00pm shall be allocated to your Next Generation CFD account on the same day. Any cleared funds deposited after 5.00pm shall be allocated on the next business day.
All payments cleared and deposited into CMC Markets Clients Accounts on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays shall be allocated to your Next Generation CFD account on the next business day.
Withdrawal of Funds
You will receive your funds normally within 2-4 business days upon receipt of your withdrawal request subject to the mode of payment requested. If you select the Express option, you will receive your funds within 1 or 2 business days. Please ensure that the withdrawal request is completed correctly to avoid a delay in processing time and your funds.
We will also need a copy of your bank statement before we are able to process your withdrawal request.
Important note: Please ensure that any cheque or transfer to and from you is made from a bank account in your name and not from another party.
